SALES MANAGER
Maxons Restorations, Inc., a market leader in disaster restoration, has an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining an active, productive and successful Sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Must be able to prospect, strategize, coach and mentor staff and continue the growth of the Sales team. A minimum of five years sales experience, and two years of management experience. Educated, enthusiastic self-starter with professional communication skills, successful management style and a strong sense of urgency. Must demonstrate a record of reliability and a strong desire to learn & grow.

This position is housed in New York City but travel will be required within the tri state area. Car and Driver's License necessary. Please submit salary requirements with your resume.

PROJECT MANAGER
MAXONS has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. The job is based out of our New York City, NY office. Travel will be required within the metropolitan area. Car and Driver's License are necessary. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct, organize and coordinate various priorities. Disaster Restoration Project Management experience or Insurance Adjusting experience is required.

Duties include: emergency response, heavy client/vendor interaction, project inspection, estimating, reporting, negotiation and collections. Knowledge of Xactimate or other estimating software and of restoration, remediation, cleaning and construction and a college degree are preferred.

ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT
MAXONS has an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Business Development team with a focus on developing revenue in the tri-state area.
The ideal candidate should possesses a minimum of five years sales experience with the proven ability to promote new business, establish and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Existing relationships in the restoration, insurance and/or real estate industries is a plus.

  • An energetic, enthusiastic self-starter with professional communications skills and a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills are a must for follow-up and managing of existing accounts.

  • Must demonstrate a record of reliability and a strong desire to learn & grow and work as part of a cohesive team.

  • Travel will be required within the metro area. Car and Driver's License necessary.
