MAXONS is always looking for Project Managers with industry experience. The job requires travel within our coverage area, a car and Driver's License are necessary. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct, organize and coordinate various priorities on various ongoing projects. Disaster Restoration Project Management experience or Insurance Adjusting experience are preferred. Project Managers at Maxons are responsible for delivering on the promises the company makes to customers and clients and need to be able to communicate clearly with all parties involved in a project.
Duties include: emergency response, heavy customer, client and vendor interaction, project inspection, estimating, reporting, negotiation and collection of payment. Knowledge of Xactimate or other estimating software is preferred. Knowledge of restoration, remediation, cleaning and construction and a college degree are preferred.

MAXONS has an opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Business Development team with a focus on developing new business in the Westchester County and Long Island areas of New York. The ideal candidate should possesses a minimum of five years sales experience with the proven ability to promote new business, establish and maintain relationships with clients. An energetic, enthusiastic self-starter with professional communications skills and a strong sense of urgency and organizational skills are a must for follow-up and managing of existing accounts. Must demonstrate a record of reliability and a strong desire to learn & grow and work as part of a cohesive team. Travel will be required within the metro area. Car and Driver's License necessary. Existing relationships in the restoration, insurance and/or real estate industries is a plus.
Duties include:finding new sources of business for the company, maintaining existing accounts, attending industry and network events or trade shows, maintaining accurate information, developing key industry relationships. Knowledge of the damage restoration or the property insurance industry are preferred.
