Open Position at Maxons – Sales Manager! Maxons Restorations, a fast growing market leader in disaster restoration, has an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining an active, productive and successful Sales staff. The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Must be able to prospect, strategize, coach and mentor staff and continue the growth of the Sales team. A minimum of five years sales experience, and two years of management experience. Educated, enthusiastic self-starter with professional communication skills, successful management style and a strong sense of urgency. Must demonstrate a record of reliability and a strong desire to learn & grow. This position is housed in New York City but travel will be required within the tri state area.
