From Jason 9/11/09: I have given a customer (Mr. Printz) some free storage time while he is having repairs made to his home, because he has been so appreciative of what we have done for him. He is an elderly man who has medical issues and I wanted to ease his mind about something seemingly so minor, however important to him. From Melissa Hoek 9/11/09: I received a call from Diana Garrera at Tri-State Insurance. She is also on the board at the NAIW. Diana asked me if I could help her out. Our next meeting is schedule for September 28th and the speaker they had lined up cancelled-she wanted to know if we would be willing to help her out and fill in with a presentation. After speaking with Daniel he enthusiastically volunteered to take the trek up to Sussex County NJ on Monday night to help me out. Diana was ecstatic and said we were a life saver. Thanks Daniel for your help on this as well as your positive outlook in treating it as a learning experience!!
