Franchise VS Family-Owned

ASK THE PROBLEM SOLVERS

Howard White, V.P. Sales

The simple fact is not all restoration companies are created equal.

While franchisors aim to promote the illusion of being a single company with consistent service, the reality is each location is just an individually owned company with quality and service that can vary widely. A client told us recently "dealing with franchises is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you're going to get".

As a private, family owned and operated business we are not beholden to a corporate parent entity or licensing fee structure for the right of "brand affiliation". As a result, there are no extra royalties or franchise fees passed along to our clients on every project which also saves you money.

It's been said in the service industry, all you have is your reputation and the stakes are too high to take chances with yours. That's why we've spent the past 60 years building our credibility in the market by providing consistent, quality work and customer service so you have a clear choice you can rely on when you need it most.
